We offer a holistic approach to wellness that include your mind, body and spirit that includes personal training, group fitness classes and beginner to intermediate yoga instruction. These services can be packaged as add on services to therapy services for discounted rates. Customize a treatment plan for your unique needs.
Cancellation Policy
Completed services are non-refundable. A superbill can be provided to you upon request for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelations provided with 24 hour notice can be rescheduled based on therapists availability. Missed appointments without 24 hour notification, will not be refunded.
